Asheville Stump Grinding, LLC, is a family owned and operated Stump Removal service with strong ties to the Asheville area. Founded by the husband and wife team of Brian and Andrea Whitt, our roots are strong and we believe in serving our local communities with respect, integrity, and genuine southern charm.

Growing up on his grandparent’s farm in Madison County, Brian learned the value of a hard day’s work for an honest day’s pay early on in life and applies that ethic and many of the lessons he learned on the farm to the daily work of Asheville Stump Grinding, LLC. Andrea, a local UNCA graduate, enjoyed serving the community as an educator for several years but as the business grew she decided it was time to take over the day to day operations full time.

Brian and Andrea have been happily married since 2010 and are the proud parents of two beautiful little girls. Family and community are a strong source of pride and focus for the Whitt’s and Grinders, Inc and we strive to make sure all of our customers feel that they are being treated like one of our own.
